In search of a Drupal Developer that has experience with developing Drupal web sites and web applications including: multi-site
and migration, defining content structure, taxonomy, and designing REST APIs. This position is remote but is required to be hire/live in the DMV area.
Requirements
Ability to gain a Public Trust Security Clearance (11 week process)Experience with developing Drupal web sites and web applications including: multi-site and migration, defining content structure, taxonomy, and designing REST APIsExperience with PHPExperience with Sybase and PostgreSQL DatabaseExperience with Composer, Docker, Jenkins and KubernetesExperience with setting up and configuring Drupal sites, including SiteBuildingExperience with designing and debugging applicationsExperience with implementing Web sites in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQueryNice If You Have:
Experience with Drupal 8/9 and later versionsExperience with RESTful Web ServicesExperience with working in an Agile development environmentExperience with test-driven development and unit testing toolsExperience with source control management systems, including GitExperience with the migration of existing CMS content into Drupal via the Migrate moduleExperience with Drupal modules, including feeds, Groups, Open LDAP, Simple SAML, and OAuthExperience in securing Drupal sites based on FEDERAL IT Security best practicesExperience with configuring Drupal users, roles, and permissionsExperience with JIRAExperience with programming languages, including Python or JavaExcellent communication and teamwork skills
Technical Environment: Microsoft Teams is the main tool used for communication. Lucid Spark
is used for whiteboarding. Jira and Confluence are used a lot as well.
