We are a fast-growing, top-producing low-power wireless connectivity specialty semiconductor company. We've built a comprehensive product portfolio that offers product solutions in the wireless connectivity SoCs for IoT markets. Based on substantial growth over the last few years and with a strong pipeline of new customer designs and product releases. We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional who can accelerate our growth in this important territory! This is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities:

Management of the region and accounts in the Eastern Area.Working closely with major customers in the territory, to secure design wins and manage revenue.Managing and driving our rep network to develop new business opportunities in defined accounts.Producing and updating account plans to define and drive the execution of design activity, define how opportunities will progress through the design process, and lead the team to success.Track revenue by account on a global basis.Achieving established revenue growth goals.This role is a mix of account management and business development and requires someone who is equally comfortable handling both.Someone who understands how to work with engineering teams in the United States and China and can leverage those to support our customers in a high-touch engineering engagement.Must be able to identify the opportunities that will provide the best ROI for the company.The ability to identify the key ops that are worth the investment is key.Partnering with FAE leadership to deploy team and support customers.Qualifications:

6+ years connectivity/audio SoC sales experience.Bachelors in Electronic Engineering or computer science preferred.Experience in electrical engineering is a plus.Previous experience in business development.Previous experience in account management of top-tier and large accounts.Experience in working closely with channel partners and driving them to achieve growth.The ability to communicate high-level technical value propositions to customers.Build strong relationships at all levels of the customer organization.Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.A desire to solve problems and a positive 'can do' attitude.The desire to work in a multinational team that strives for and demands the best performance possible by offering product solutions in the IoT markets.
