We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager with a robust background in overseeing large-scale, concurrent construction projects at civil sites, water/wastewater plants, and pump stations. This pivotal role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills to successfully oversee and deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

This role requires a daily presence in Knoxville TN and relocation assistance is available.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple construction projects at water/wastewater plants, pump stations, and civil construction sites simultaneously.Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project team, engineers, project owners.Coordinate and oversee project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and adherence to project goals.Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance throughout all phases of construction.Proactively identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.Serve as the primary point of contact for engineers/owners, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.Work with project managers to prepare and present regular project updates and reports to engineer/owner.Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocations to optimize project profitability.Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork among project team.Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in water/wastewater plants, pump stations, or civil construction.Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.Excellent leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and mentor project teams.Solid understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).Benefits:
