Working closely with our lead investor, Invictus Growth Partners, we have developed a strategic plan to offer a new, disruptive SaaS IAM product and aggressively grow the company. Axiad is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sr. Product Manager who will bring his/her experience, passion, and creativity to join us in our mission. This role will be part of the Axiad Product Management team, and will take part in formulating the overall company strategy and goals. As a member of Axiad's Product Management team, you will help define, and shape the new product strategy, and translate that strategy & vision into an product execution plan backed with market validation and customer insights.POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between technical expertise and customer needs, ensuring our cybersecurity solutions are effectively presented and implemented. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, excellent communication skills, proficiency in cloud and DevOps tools and a passion for helping customers solve complex security challenges.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop an in-depth understanding of Axiad products and services.Create and deliver compelling technical presentations and live product demonstrations to prospects and existing customers.Design and execute PoC/PoVs to validate the effectiveness and value of proposed solutions.Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and business challenges.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.Develop customized solutions to address specific client needs.Act as a subject matter expert in Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, DevOps tools and products.Assist the sales team in creating strategic plans to increase revenue.Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up on initial meetings to close deals.Provide pre-sales technical support, answering customer inquiries and RFQ/RFI/RFP process.Develop and maintain technical pre-sales tools and scripts to increase productivity and efficiency of Axiad’ technical community.Cross-functional collaboration with the product management, marketing and product development teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs. Be a “voice of a customer” in internal discussions.Provide trainings to various teams on the technical aspects of products to enhance their effectiveness in customer engagements.Perform competitive analysis and create competitive battlecards in collaboration with other stakeholders.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including proposals, case studies, and specifications.Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3-5 years of proven sales engineering or solutions architecture experience, particularly in the cybersecurity field. Experience in Identity security space is an advantage.Excellent customer-facing skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships.In-depth knowledge of cryptographic principles and security protocols like TLS, and IPSec.Familiarity with PKI, CBA, FIDO passkeys, PIV, HW authenticators, MFA technologies.Knowledge of IAM space and protocols i.e. SAML, LDAP, SCIM, RADIUS etc.Understanding of networking layers (L2-L7), and protocols / technologies such as the TCP/IP stack.Familiarity with sales processes and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams.Proficiency in Container orchestration i.e. Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Ansible is a plus.Experience with cloud service providers like AWS, Azure or GCP.Microservices and service mesh concepts, preferably Istio.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Shell. Golang is an advantage.Strong knowledge of API principles, including working with Postman and API gateways.Experience with REST APIs and preferably GraphQL and gRPC.Experience with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models and their respective cloud architectures.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Ability to troubleshoot microservices utilizing tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, RancherRelevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Kubernetes Certified Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time for customer meetings, demonstrations or industry events.ABOUT USWe are a fast moving company and are looking for candidates with growth potential, eager to learn and who can demonstrate their abilities and motivation to contribute in a fast pace environment.
