As part of a team that’s leading the next wave of disruption on a whole new scale, you will play an integral part in advancing Capital One’s Human Resource Technology ecosystem and culture of technical excellence. You will champion automation of functional and technical processes and bring your expertise to drive innovative solutions.General Responsibilities:Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenariosUnderstand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the businessDeliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standardsEffectively communicate across the team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partnersIdentify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results.Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes, and capabilitiesBuild & maintain thorough documentation for system implementationPrimary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspectiveProvide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issuesBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationAt least 4 years of experience with Workday functional configuration tasks (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Performance Management)At least 2 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platformAt least 1 year of experience with calculated fields or custom reportsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration1+ years of experience with Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation ModulesExperience working in an agile delivery environmentWorkday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, or Performance Management)2+ years of experience with Workday Security or Workday Reporting1+ years of experience loading HCM data into Workday using existing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB’s)
