I am currently working with a leading
AM LAW 100 ranked firm , who are actively looking to recruit a junior attorney who specializes in
Corporate (M&A)
to join their
Denver
office.Key Responsibilities:Conducting in-depth analysis, due diligence, and valuation of potential M&A targets.Managing the end-to-end M&A process, including negotiations, deal structuring, and integration planning.Be involved in the drafting and negotiating of purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements and other ancillary transaction documents.Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external advisors to ensure smooth execution of transactions.You will work in a high-volume M&A practice, who focus on both the buy-side and the sell-side of transactions.You will represent both strategic clients and financial sponsors.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school.Admission to the state bar of Colorado.3+ years of experience in corporate law, ideally gained within a large law firm setting.Private equity experience is essential.Strong research, writing, and communication skills.Benefits:Leading compensation packages.Professional development and partnership opportunities.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.The opportunity to work on unrivalled cases from domestic and international clients.Hybrid working arrangements.Benefits include a discretionary bonus, healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave.
