As a business owner, you will reap the rewards from our employee ownership and profit share model: first-class technology and wonderful people.One of the drivers of growth will be in our private client team, and we are recruiting an experienced solicitor to play a key role in growing our team and attracting an increased proportion of instructions from existing clients and/or referrals.The focus of the team is to provide a high level of client care to high net worth clients in an efficient and profitable manner. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work as a team member either remotely or in the office. A strong desire to embrace new technologies and a STEP qualification would be highly desirable.The role offers flexible working practices to be discussed at the interview.The offer:

The role will involve providing inheritance and lifetime planning advice.
