Volly, the secure digital mailbox solution from Pitney Bowes, is looking for a product management leader to grow our international product line.
You'll be tasked with managing the vision, strategy and execution of Volly's global white-label product offerings, in line with Volly's overall financial objectives, strategic direction and vision.
The position has P&L responsibility for assigned products from concept to delivery. Your first challenge is to grow our partnership in Australia, then to take our flexible product platform to other countries in a branded or white-label model. There is no time to learn on the job - this position requires an individual who can demonstrate a history of success in global product and product marketing management.

The individual must also reach across organizational boundaries to collaborate with other Pitney Bowes business units to most effectively leverage optimal technologies and saleschannels.
This position requires strong analytical skills in order to rigorously evaluate product and/or solution features and perform trade-off analyses and the associated business case implications. A focus on driving new, innovative solutions for business problems is essential. Customer orientation is a key to success for the successful candidate. He/she must ensure that product decisions are grounded in robust insight into evolving global customer needs, market conditions and usability tradeoffs. Our customers have complex and evolving marketing and operational needs, and our offerings must lead the industry in usability, flexibility and marketing capabilities. Frequent customer interaction is a requirement.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Full responsibility of white-label product lifecycle profitability (Gross Profit / EBIT)Setting and leading the strategic direction of white-label product offerings and featuresMaintaining the product roadmap for Volly's white-label offering, working collaboratively with the customers' product management leadership teams and fully representing specific in-country market requirementsCutting edge digital product execution, to create innovative products of scaleCollaborating with business development leadership to analyze and maintain a strong understanding of markets, customer needs and competitive offerings to identify new profitable and leading opportunities, and supporting the sales process including significant international travel as neededLeading development and implementation of product requirements and strategy with customers to understand local market needs from "traditional" mailer experts and digital subject matter experts to create a seamless, integrated digital and print based communication channelDetermining the overall pricing strategy for the assigned product, and providing consultative advisory to white-label customers on their pricing strategiesDefining the product or solution value proposition in all target marketsCollaborating across business unit boundaries to utilize best available PB-wide technology and working with outside vendors to implement state of the art digital offerings, including usability, design and functionality from built, integrated and outsourced solutionsMaintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for the assigned productManagement of matrix relationships across functions, BU's, and geographiesManagement of customer relationships across functions, BU's and geographiesCreate and track key success factors to measure the success of the businessCreation and maintenance of robust business cases
Required Qualifications:Bachelors Degree5+ years of experience with white-label web or mobile product management and product developmentExperience in financial management and business case developmentExperience in utilizing customer insights to drive product innovation, including social networksExperience in making product and solution tradeoffs to optimize customer valueUnderstanding of portfolio metrics / measurement from Omniture or Google Analytics, or other similar software.Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated experience extracting value from product teams, including facilitating rapid problem solving sessionsPreferred Qualifications:MBA10+ years of experience with white-label web or mobile product management and product developmentExposure to global business operationsExperience evaluating and distributing through multiple channels
