Fox Rothschild has an opening in multiple offices for an Intellectual Property Trademark Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience in a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including licensing, prosecution, and litigation. Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills required.A technical or scientific background is preferred but not required.
