We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!What you will be responsible for :Conduct innovative research and development in Generative AIDevelop and transfer novel technologies to Adobe productsResearch and develop novel large-scale foundation models in Generative AICollaborate with extraordinary researchers and engineers to bring research ideas to productionAbility to convert a research idea/paper to code in Python and typical machine learning development toolkits.Provide technical mentorship and guidance.What you'll need to succeedMasters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML or related fieldsExcellent communication skills and a great teammateExperience in state-of-the-art Generative AI technologies, such as GAN and/or diffusion modelsStrong hands-on experience working on image/video generation and image/video editingExperience with large-scale generative model trainingPreferred experience:Working with large-scale datasetsWorking with product teams on technology transfersGood publication record in Computer Science, AI/ML or related fields
