Looking for that private practice experience but without all the hassle of starting your own clinic? Ellie Mental Health - Chantilly or Ellie Mental Health - Herndon may just be the perfect fit for you. We are looking to add two additional staff on our team! Ideally, we would like to have licensed therapists who have training/specialty in one of the following areas:Trauma and/or EMDRFamily Therapy/ Family Focused InterventionsEating DisordersWorking with OCD or experience with HRT (habit reversal) or ERP (exposure response prevention)This person will be responsible for performing clinical activities such as independent assessments and service interventions as directed by the treatment plan and/or identified consumer need(s). We are eagerly seeking a staff member who can also provide clinical supervision to LCSW or LPC residents. This position allows for 40% work from home so long as you can maintain privacy and have a sufficient WFH location. The ideal candidate will display compassion and authenticity in their work, while also bringing energy, humor, and excitement to the workplace. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.Our goal is to improve and expand access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.Responsibilities include:Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policyProvide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our communityUtilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goalsPrepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocolFull-time clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 completed client visits per weekCoordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as neededAttend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainingsAs an LCSW or LPC supervisor, co-facilitate one weekly group supervision and provide weekly supervision to two LCSW candidatesOther responsibilities as neededRequired Qualifications and Skills:Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated fieldCandidates should ideally have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in Virginia, preferred non-residents or staff who can be independently credentialedCandidate should be able to be in-office 60% of their time, with 40% flexibility for working from homeRequired experience with completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clientsAbility to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely mannerComfort and familiarity working with a diverse client baseProficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
