This role will involve handling a variety of civil litigation matters related to bankruptcy and creditors' rights.Job Duties:

Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting related to bankruptcy proceedings and creditors' rights.Represent creditors in bankruptcy cases, including preparation of pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies and provide legal counsel.Attend court hearings, depositions, and other proceedings as necessary.Assist with negotiations and settlements between creditors and debtors.Work on a combination of civil litigation matters, including bankruptcy litigation and related disputes.Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to and in good standing with the Maryland State Bar or eligible for admission via reciprocity.1-3 years of relevant legal experience in bankruptcy and creditors' rights, ideally including clerkship or prior law firm experience.Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when necessary.Preferred Skills:
