Advise clients on privacy and cybersecurity compliance requirements.Conduct risk assessments and develop compliance programs.Represent clients in government investigations related to data privacy and cybersecurity.Provide litigation support in privacy and cybersecurity-related matters.Draft and negotiate privacy policies, terms of service, and other legal documents.Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top-tier law school.Admission to the California State Bar.4-9 years of experience in privacy, cybersecurity, and technology company matters.Strong academic credentials.Experience with Federal Trade Commission consumer protection-related regulatory matters is desirable.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Certifications:
Admission to the California State Bar.Skills:
Strong understanding of privacy laws and regulations.Ability to analyze complex legal issues.Excellent research and writing skills.Effective communication and negotiation abilities.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Benefits Offered:
