About the role:
Our marketers analyze data to improve and evolve channel strategies to grow our business. This role will be focusing on our NetCredit brand.
As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting and integrating our brand strategy, tone, and messaging across all marketing mediums, in addition to managing direct response to media marketing campaigns. You will partner closely with internal departments and manage external vendor relationships. You will also have the opportunity to drive key initiatives, propose process improvements, and test new marketing channels and/or vendors.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement creative and media campaigns both online and offline
Increase new customer acquisition by executing brand media
Partner with analytics teams to evaluate KPIs and recommend ways to optimize spend and make improvements
Manage existing agency relationships to drive monthly planning, execution, deliverables, and KPIs
Support internal teams with new product launches by building out marketing strategies and plans
Develop creative and brand messaging, and integrate across all owned properties and marketing efforts
Collaborate cross-functionally on new initiatives, emerging media, marketing channels, and other projects
Gather market and consumer insights from internal teams and partner agencies to support brand channel strategy and tactics
Work cross-functionally with other brand channel owners to ensure best practices are shared and implemented across all P&Ls
Manage monthly channel budgets and invoicing
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in marketing, media planning and development
Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Adobe Suite, Microstrategy, or other visualization tools
Creative approach to problem-solving
Ability to communicate with and influence multi-level stakeholders
Ability to quickly pivot on tasks and projects when needed
