The commercial division of our Air Duct Cleaning business has now joined forces with Local 19 Sheet metal workers union to provide a unique and seamless career path. During the first leg of your career as an HVAC Cleaning Technician, you will be allowed to participate in classroom study as well as receive on-the-job training during your 4 - 5 year apprenticeship leading to a lucrative career in sheet metal and/or HVAC Field.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-year experience in a technical hands-on field (experience in the HVAC, restoration, construction, and other skilled trades is ideal)Good relationship-building skills with a diverse population including all customers' partners, technicians, and all other company employeesGood verbal and communication skillsAbility to drive service van and comply with company vehicle policyAbility to handle multiple functions at the same timeGood organizational skillsAble to work with minimal supervisionCapable of working effectively as part of a teamAble to work in high areas or confined spacesMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsmust be comfortable working on ladders, in attics, and in crawlspaces.Responsibilities:
Clean and restore ductwork and HVAC components, dryer vents, and condenser coilsInstall dryer vent items, UV-C components, and flexible duct workApply anti-microbial coatingsManage customer relations and assure quality customer servicePresents knowledge and trustworthiness to the customerInspect own work at customer locations and ensure that it is complete, thorough, and meets DUCTZ quality standards, and meets or exceeds customer expectationsWork well with other team members and perform assigned duties at a high levelProperly use and maintain the DUCTZ service vehicleProperly use and maintain all provided supplies and equipmentAbide by all rules, regulations, and policies contained in the DUCTZ Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, and Employment Agreement, including active participation in identifying, reporting, and correcting situations affecting safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
