Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match.Provide technical support to hospital transfusion services.Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.Be patient and detailed.
