Job Responsibilities:
Deliver clear, concise user-centric writing and content strategy. Act as a subject matter expert (a company "go to") for user experience writing.Drive holistic content experiences across a given program or domain. Ensure tactical execution for cohesive narratives across all touch points within the product and collaborate effectively with stakeholders on relevant outreach (legal, editorial, comms, marketing, etc.)Collaborate with designers, researchers, prototypers, product managers, and engineers to define requirements. Manage projects and stakeholder communication.Work with our PgM to appropriately scope and prioritize subtasks within your domain.Identify the right content solution to particular programs and be able to produce a variety of deliverables, such as UI text, information architecture, messaging recommendations, content audits, etc.
Min Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, Human-Computer Interactions (HCI) or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of experience doing UX writing as part of a team developing hardware, software, or digital products.Superb writing and editing skills for UXStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Proven project and stakeholder management experienceFamiliarity with web and mobile UI design principles and practicesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and cope well with frequently changing requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Superb writing, editing, and project management skills.Familiarity with user experience research principles and practicesKnowledge of design tools like Figma, Photoshop, or SketchExperience working closely with engineering, design, and product management teams, and the ability to discuss and understand design and engineering detailsExperience with localization and accessibility in content strategyExperience writing for an app marketplace audience
