Conduct client interviews to gather relevant case information.Analyze legal issues and provide sound legal advice to clients.Prepare and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies.Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and settlement conferences.Perform legal research using various resources, including databases and legal publications.Prepare and organize case materials for trial.Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York State Bar.Minimum of 3 years of experience in general practice.Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Admission to the New York State Bar.Skills:
