Clarifi Staffing Solutions is looking for a talented Speech Language Pathologist (CFY) contract assignments for the 2024/2025 school year near Fort Wayne, Indiana! This is a fantastic opportunity to build upon your speech-language pathology skills while advancing your SLP career. Our CFY's are supported from the very first contact through the duration of their assignment. Performance responsibilities:
Conduct initial screenings as well as comprehensive evaluations in the area of speech and language to determine students' need for services or need of dismissal from servicesParticipate in the IEP process in developing present levels of performance, goals and objectives, and treatment recommendations for students qualifying for speech therapy servicesProvide speech therapy sessions through the use of current best practices based on prescribed services in the IEPMaintain all documentation required by the district and ASHA's code of ethics including, but not limited to, daily notes, monthly summaries, and annual IEP'sRequirements
Master's Degree in Speech and Language TherapyBe eligible to apply for an Indiana State Speech Therapy LicenseAssumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development (we will provide unlimited CEU's)Must be able to work full time hours for 9 consecutive months in order to fulfill the Indiana State license requirementsBenefits
