System-wide, it has 2,673 licensed patient beds, 2,800 physicians practicing in more than 70 specialties and serves metro Atlanta with 250 locations.This position will be based at Emory Decatur Hospital and include inpatient consults and rounding and physician will be expected to perform general GI procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, PEG placement, push enteroscopy and qualified to read video capsule endoscopy.Duties and Responsibilities:Inpatient Consults and RoundingEndoscopic ProceduresSupervision of IP APPCare Coordination with OP Gastroenterology Team and other IP ServicesQualifications:Graduate of an accredited ACGME Gastroenterology fellowshipBoard Eligible or Board Certified in GastroenterologyMeet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and PrivilegesLicensure by the Georgia Composite Medical Board will be required prior to commencement of employment
