Represent clients in product liability defense matters, focusing on medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers.Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery requests, and conducting motion practice.Take and defend fact, party, and expert depositions.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on product liability issues.Prepare for and attend court appearances and hearings.Collaborate closely with clients, experts, and team members throughout the litigation process.Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients regarding product liability risks and litigation strategies.Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation sessions as needed.Requirements:
