Senior Project Manager - Enterprise Salesforce Implementations

Responsibilities:Assist with the execution of medium and large IT projects leveraging the Salesforce PlatformLead high-profile, complex, cross-functional projectsManage cross-discipline resources to deliver projects on time and within budgetUnderstand and manage project scope throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure all requirements are documented in detail and approved by the client before being implemented.Utilize Agile/scrum processes to generate project work, monitor progress, and resolve blockersPrepare and update project plans and status reportsAct as liaison between the client and fusionSpan project teamManage stakeholders’ expectations in a proactive mannerEnsure high levels of client satisfactionUtilize and update various platforms to maintain the project knowledge base (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet)Negotiate difficult conversations with clients related to scope, budget, and scheduleManage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environmentRequired Qualifications5+ years of Project Management experience, managing large-scale and complex projects with large budgets, multiple stakeholders, and multiple vendorsPrevious experience managing Technical Projects is a must with a great understanding of software development processesStrong understanding of Project Management principles as specified by the Project Management InstituteExperience with Agile development and ScrumStrong communication and interpersonal skills requiredWillingness to learn new technology toolsAbility to multitask and prioritize multiple projects and deadlinesDetail-oriented and organizedPreferred Qualifications:Salesforce or any enterprise CRM knowledgeWhat We Offer:Health (PPO) dental & vision plan – 100% covered for employeeLong/Short-term disability insurance – 100% covered for employeeLife and AD&D insurance – 100% covered for employeeIRA with 3% matching contribution15 days of paid vacation – increases with tenure10 paid federal holidays12 weeks for parental leaveAbout fusionSpanfusionSpan is a fast-paced, high-energy global firm with a highly motivated team.
