Healthy Kids is seeking a dynamic Director to lead the After School Program at Mason Elementary School in Mason, NH for the 2024-25 school year. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the Healthy Kids Program Site.Job Status:
Part-Time, Non-ExemptPay:
$17.00Responsibilities:Guiding Compliance: Ensure adherence to state guidelines, Healthy Kids policies, and school rules.Bringing the Fun: Direct engaging activities based on the Healthy Kids Curriculum, covering fitness, STEAM, academics, and arts.Managing Like a Boss: Maintain accurate records, ensure proper staffing levels, and manage essential tasks.Keeping Everyone in the Loop: Communicate with parents through the Brightwheel App.Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with team members to provide high-quality care.Requirements:Minimum 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent3 credits in management or supervision, or 2 years of supervisory experience1500 hours of experience working with childrenAdditional qualifications detailed in the job descriptionQualifications:Pass a background checkMedically fit and free of communicable diseasesStrong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliabilityAbility to engage with children and meet physical demands of the rolePart-Time Perks:On-Demand PayTelehealth Benefits401(k) with employer matchPaid Sick Time OffCareer Development and Growth OpportunitiesAFLAC Supplemental PlansTuition assistance for eligible applicantsHealthy Kids Programs is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
