Sage Intacct Consultant/Sr. Consultant
to provide implementation support for our Sage Intacct customers.What will my role entail?Lead, implement, support and provide end-user training for Sage Intacct software, including the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Purchasing, Accounts Receivable and Order Entry, Projects, Time and Expense, Financial Reporting and other modules as requiredAssist in pre-sales activities including preparing proposals, presenting and demonstrating Sage Intacct to clients and prospectsAssist in pre-implementation activities including business requirements planning (BRP)Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct functionality and quarterly releasesAssist in managing the Support Desk when required to ensure that clients receive accurate and timely responses to their support requestsAssist in project documentationTrain end users on the Sage Intacct systemStrong reporting and dashboard development skillsSet up and configure third party integrationsAssist with data conversionAny other reasonable consulting duties that may be requested or requiredAbility to engage in multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality are met.What's required to be successful in this role?3-7 years’ experience with Sage Intacct accounting software, leading implementations, and training end users.Experience implementing Sage Intacct’s core financial modules.Sage Intacct certification is requiredDemonstrated knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices, and methodologiesA credible, professional presence and ability to develop productive prospect, customer, and team relationships at all levels of an organizationStrong desire to make a difference and be part of a team, but also the ability to work independentlyGood interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsGood problem solving, analytical, time management, and organizational skillsWhat would set me apart?Degree in Finance or Accounting and/or extensive experience in an accounting role.Experience with the Sage Intacct's Contracts module, and Global Consolidations is a plusExperience with other ERP packages including MS Business Central, Microsoft SL or Microsoft GPPrevious consulting experience in a customer-facing roleExperience implementing Sage Intacct for the non-profit industry
