As our Senior Account Executive you will…Be involved in all aspects of account management, including regular client contact and high-quality delivery on multiple projects within a fast-paced environment. You will use your problem-solving and collaboration skills to promote flawless day-to-day execution of projects. You will be cool, calm, and collected under pressure and is able to see problems around corners, acting proactively to get things done. You should be comfortable recommending solutions to red flags that arise while also keeping your manager up to date on projects as they relate to the client.Be Accountable and ResponsibleAssists in all facets of account services and client management as directed

Actively participates in internal and client status meetingsEffectively communicates client feedback to cross-functional agency team and keeps team apprised of changes or updates to account in a timely mannerAssists in managing projects through client review processDevelops an understanding of the brand’s strategic imperativesAssists in tactical planningDevelops and submits internal documentation per agency SOP

Possesses working knowledge of all agency processes and works well with the internal team to ensure projects are progressing on time; assesses and monitors team and job productivity/efficiencyMonitors the financial status of accounts

Monitors hours and OOPs by project and overall POResponsible for approving billing and invoices, partnering with finance to manage hours

Prepares materials for reporting to the client with oversightGains understanding of the category, the brand, customer segments and relevant competitors; proactively seeks out team members to gain a working knowledge of the brand and category ongoing basisKeeps up to date on industry and category trends through websites, trade journals, market researchRemains alert to client needs and elevates opportunities to convert organic growth opportunitiesMaintains working knowledge of MERGE solutions and resources and recognizes/acts upon opportunities.Other responsibilities as designatedThese are the qualifications we’re looking for3-5 years of account management experience within an advertising agencyBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.Financial Services experience is a plusExcellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)Strong client/project management skills, especially as it relates to setting and managing client expectations
