About the team:
The centralized UX team is responsible for the user experience across all of Worldpay from FIS's digital product portfolio. Specifically, you'll be working on Pazien, a wholly owned subsidiary of FIS that aggregates billions of payment transactions and delivers interactive analytics which help improve a merchant's bottom line. The Pazien team is small, agile, and very collaborative focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience for thousands of global customers.
What you will be doing:
Conduct the necessary research and analysis to become an expert in Worldpay's customers, partners and the payments sector.
To understand, document and champion the end user, ensuring the project prioritizes and addresses their needs
To take full ownership of and build upon the product wireframes, to define the overall information architecture, user flows and user experience of the system for our end state portal vision
Deliver the corresponding UI visual designs, transitions and animations to a 'best in class' standard in harmony with the new Worldpay/FIS brand.
To validate design and usability hypotheses by building and testing prototypes on UserTesting.com.
To help ensure all design solutions align with Worldpay's existing visual language and UX principles
To work closely with the product and project managers to prioritize and deliver features inline with the product roadmap
To support the development progress of the solution, collaborating closely with the engineering teams, local product team, business owners and technical leads
To maximize the ROI of any given feature by ensuring it is delivered in a clear, coherent manner and meets a pre-defined customer need.
To engage in UAT/QA testing to ensure builds and releases match the design specification supplied
To support the Global UX team with ad hoc requests and design assistance where required
To become a 'go to' product expert within the Worldpay portals domain
You will be working with: Product Managers, Global UX Design team, Project and Delivery Managers, Development/Engineering teams, Test team, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Marketing team
What you bring:
Demonstrable experience in high-quality web products/portals/websites
Comfortable with full ownership of design specification and artefacts
Provide examples of improving business metrics through user centric product design
Familiar with Agile / Scrum dev environment
6-8 years UX/UI experience
Flair for creating world class digital experiences
Ability to elicit business requirements and to translate them into innovative, creative digital solutions
Acute attention to detail
Excellent visual, verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding and demonstrable application of UX design best practices
Competent at producing a range of artefacts from research to early prototypes to final, pixel perfect experiences
A rigorous approach to experience work, attentive to edge cases as well as happy paths
Added bonus if you have:

Cross platform design (Native iOS, Android, Web apps)
Payments / financial product background
Product / UX / UI / Industrial design education background
Experience of evangelizing and instilling UX thinking within a large organization
