Job Summary:We are recruiting for fellowship trained advanced gastroenterology physicians for our Chippenham Hospital.Qualified Candidates:BC/BE in advanced gastroenterology or gastroenterology from an accredited training programVirginia licensure or ability to obtainMust have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and administrationExcellent competencies in ERCPs and EUS preferred, but will consider all applicantsIn/out patient practice settingDue to the community need, practice welcomes general and advanced endoscopy candidatesIncentives/Benefits:Extremely competitive compensation packageSign-on bonusRelocation assistanceGenerous PTO and CME allowanceFull benefits available including medical, dental, vision and short / long term disabilityLeadership developmentPersonal career growthAbout Chippenham Hospital:466-acute bed hospital with a Level I Trauma Center135-bed inpatient acute psychiatric hospital for child, adolescent, adult and geriatric admissions50-bed ER32-bed private medical surgical ICU, 12-bed private cardiovascular ICU integrated with our cardiovascular stepdown unit, 12-bed arrhythmia care unit, 8-bed pediatric ICU, 15-bed NICU15 operating rooms with the latest surgical technology available, including robots that are used in thoracic and orthopedic surgeries35,000+ annual patient admissions, 95,000+ annual ER visitsRichmond is a wonderful place to practice medicine and raise a family.
