Base Compensation of $228,000 plus Work Relative Value Unit (WRVU)-Based Compensation Model WRVUs adjusted to allow four weeks out of office $50,000 retention bonus at end of Year Two upon good standing $50,000 retention bonus at end of Year Three upon good standing
