Entry-Level IT Business Analyst

Pay: $23.08/hour8 hours per day, 5 days per week.Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GAOur team is in need of an IT Business Analyst contractor to assist the Vendor Support Team with the certification testing process for software vendors’ paper and electronic submissionsPrimary ResponsibilitiesTest software vendors’ paper tax documents and payment vouchers for barcodes, content, placement, and scanlinesTest software vendors’ electronic file submissions for standards, accuracy, and completenessProvide software vendors with feedback by documenting errors discovered during testingReview electronic formatted files to ensure data elements are presentTest and review web forms for posting to the Department’s websiteEntry QualificationsBachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Management, Mathematics, Computer Science or Graphic DesignQualificationsExperience in the testing process to verify information meets the defined standardsExperience documenting and tracking errorsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Notepad) and basic computer skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsExperience with reviewing and testing electronic file formats and dataExperience of working knowledge of XMLExperience using repositories to store informationLooking for candidates that have more experience in the following areas:Testing (Forms and Electronic)XMLThe Adobe Suite of products (Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Pro, Photoshop)
