The successful candidate will play a significant role in the tendering process for EPC projects of Energy Business Unit. Your role is to support & report to the Head of Business Development, contributing to the implementation of the Energy Division's business strategy and goals.Responsibilities:Proactively identify and evaluate new tenders aligned with the company's Energy Business UnitStay updated on industry trends and market opportunitiesThoroughly analyze Tender documents to understand and address the specific needs of customersConduct site visits when necessary to accurately identify and define the scope of a TenderWork closely with Engineering Teams to audit and review the technical appendices of EPC proposalsActively seek and discover new subcontractors relevant to specific projects and sectorsMaintain updated lists of subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project requirementsMonitor the entire proposal process, ensuring coordination of internal and external resourcesEffectively communicate proposal document delivery and costing requirements to meet proposal due datesProactively identify, track, and document issues, providing timely resolutionsFollow up on submitted proposalsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical)Strong analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyExcellent English command (written and oral)High capabilities of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Having 1-2 years’ experience in tendering for energy EPC projects will be a plusAbility to travel internationally if neededThe Company OffersCompetitive remuneration packageFriendly and challenging working environment
