We are accelerating enterprise AI efforts and creating innovative Generative AI platforms and applications. The team is looking for candidates to join our team and help us build and maintain our web applications. You will be responsible for developing both back-end and front-end features of our products, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. You will also collaborate with other engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver user-friendly and innovative solutions.

What You’ll Be DoingDesigning, developing, testing, and deploying web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.Build and maintain efficient data pipelines, enabling smooth data flow, transformation, and storage. Implement best practices for data processing and ensure data integrity and security.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including machine learning engineers, to deliver integrated and innovative solutions.Collaborate with the cloud team to integrate backend services with cloud platforms (such as AWS, or Azure), optimizing performance, and ensuring scalability and reliability.Troubleshooting and debugging issues across the full stack.Optimizing the performance and usability of the web applications.

What We Need To SeeBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, web technologies, cloud platforms, or data pipeline management.Knowledge of web development concepts such as RESTful APIs, MVC, etc.Experience with platforms, such as Kubernetes and Docker.Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.Familiar with development tools and workflows such as Git, CI/CD, etc.

Ways To Stand Out From The CrowdDemonstrated experience in architecting and developing complex software systems, preferably in the field of AI or data platforms.Experience with MLOps or LLMOps.Knowledge of data processing frameworks (e.g. Spark).Experience with both backend and frontend.Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 287,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
