King Global Enterprise Solutions (KGES) is pleased to collaborate with Nixon Peabody in seeking an experienced commercial litigation associate or counsel to enhance the Construction and Real Estate Litigation practice group in Washington, DC. Nixon Peabody boasts a substantial litigation team, constituting over a third of the firm’s attorneys, with decades of comprehensive experience across trial and appellate courts, international forums, and alternative dispute resolution methods. Compensation:

The anticipated annual salary for this position ranges from $325,000 to $350,000, dependent on qualifications and experience, and is based in Washington, DC. Additional contingent compensation may be available, influenced by factors such as work performance, geographic location, experience, and education. While this contingent compensation can vary and sometimes be zero, the salary range provided is our good faith estimate at the time of this posting.

Job Requirements:

Candidates should have 6 to 8 years of commercial litigation experience, with a strong track record in taking and defending depositions and participating in hearings and trials. The ability to manage a varied and complex caseload in a dynamic, client-centric environment is essential. Admission to practice in DC is required, and admission in VA and/or MD is preferred.
