Its full-service platform allows attorneys to do impactful work across numerous areas, including corporate, real estate, government investigations, healthcare, and intellectual property.What You'll DoWork on complex commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, financing, leasing, development, and more.Gain hands-on experience with affordable housing projects, government programs, and community development.Represent developers, investors, owners, and other clients in the multifamily, retail, industrial, and other sectors.Collaborate with colleagues firm-wide, tapping into the team's deep affordable housing expertise.Build client relationships and take on substantive roles to drive professional growth.What You'll Need2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, HUD programs, and affordable housing real estate transactions.Strong academic credentials, communication abilities, and commitment to outstanding client service.Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.What They OfferCompetitive compensation: Boston $225K-275K, NYC $250K-300K, DC $225K-300K ranges.Comprehensive benefits and performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Collaborative, inclusive culture that values diverse talent.An excellent opportunity for an ambitious real estate or affordable housing attorney.
