Your Job:Koch Capabilities Company (KCC) is seeking a Finance Director to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. This is a strategic finance leadership role supporting leveraged capabilities through a team of finance business partners. This is a unique opportunity to contribute across multiple capabilities and Koch companies. This position will engage, challenge, and provide fulfillment to a motivated candidate with strong leadership experience, economic thinking skills, ability to drive strategic initiatives through influence, and the passion to build relationships with key partners and leaders.Our Team:This role is within the Koch Capabilities Company and will support and partner with other Koch companies.What You Will Do:

Directly lead, develop, and supervise a team of Finance Partners. Informally lead across the entire KCC FP&A organization.Develop trusted relationships and partnerships with key Capability leaders. Be an active member of Capability leadership teams.Apply and Coach your team and capability leaders on the application of the Decision-Making Framework (DMF) process to drive sound economic thinking and accelerate decision making. Key focus on outcomes, assessing alternatives, evaluating tradeoff & risks, economic modeling & framing, developing & communicating recommendations.Demonstrate principled entrepreneurship to identify and drive action on strategic initiatives, including investment, optimization, and transformation initiatives. Ensure progress is measured through bet tracking.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

Experience leading, coaching and developing leaders/managers or strong individual contributors.Background in finance, business partnering, point-of-view development, economic analysis, or other role that demonstrates solid understanding and application of financial concepts, performance measures, economic principles (scenario analysis, marginal value, net present value calculations, risk-adjusted thinking) and decision making.Experience working in a fast-paced environment and leading through a change.Outcome-focused individual with experience developing and influencing an organization's financial strategy.Collaboration mindset with a demonstrated ability to challenge and influence others as a trusted partner.Experience demonstrating executive presence by utilizing strong communication and storytelling skills with all levels of an organization.What Will Put You Ahead:

Financial Modeling Experience.Finance Business Partnering Experience.Understanding of Koch Capabilities and the Businesses they serve.Demonstrate strong application of Principle-Based Management (PBM).
