Business Reorganization and Financial Restructuring Associate
Duane Morris LLP seeks an associate to join its Business Reorganization and Financial Restructuring practice group. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 or more years of sophisticated commercial bankruptcy practice including both litigation and transactional experience. Candidate must have an aptitude for client contact, have the willingness to work independently, be a team player, be able to work/thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. Stellar academics and superior writing and research skills are required. This position is available in our New York, North Jersey, Philadelphia, Wilmington, or San Francisco office along with requisite bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.The target annual pay range for this role is $245,000-$295,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.CBMS Practice: Junior - Mid-Level Associate
Duane Morris LLP seeks a junior to mid-level associate to join its CMBS team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate finance litigation and related transactions, and/or a demonstrated desire to focus on that area of law. Bankruptcy litigation experience would also be helpful and desirable.Candidate will have excellent research, writing and communication skills and be able to handle a wide variety of discovery projects ( i.e ., drafting requests, drafting responses, handling document productions, drafting protective orders, managing deposition work, etc.) and motion-related projects ( i.e ., research, drafting simple motions, assisting with the various processes required to file complex motions, etc.). This position is open in our Chicago, Miami, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York or San Francisco offices.
