Senior Product Manager

Our mission is to ensure individuals receive the safest and most effective treatments for their unique healthcare needs.The Role:Arine is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in building Arine's Virtual Pharmacist platform. This role will have a direct impact on product strategy, design, and processes driving our core enterprise solutions.Responsibilities:Set product direction aligned with Arine's strategic visionTranslate business goals into a cohesive roadmap with specific software requirementsCollaborate with clinical experts to drive health outcomes through medicine intelligence and SaaS technologiesUnderstand user needs to define requirements for intuitive software featuresPrioritize features based on market analysis and company strategiesWork with technical teams to define specificationsAnalyze and prioritize feature requests from customersMake tradeoffs between features, schedule, and costsRequirements:Minimum 5 years experience in product management or related field in healthcareDeep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystemBachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field; MBA preferredStrong analytical and conceptual thinking skillsAbility to influence stakeholders and work on best-case solutionsComfort with technology and development processesExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skillsExperience in creating detailed reports and presentationsTrack record of meeting commitmentsStrong communication skillsCustomer empathy and problem-solving abilitiesCuriosity and creativityNice-to-Haves:Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degreeExperience in software product management and clinical pharmacySkills in software interface design or user experience designUnderstanding of AI/Machine Learning conceptsExperience with startupsTravel and Other Information:Ability to commute to San Francisco office 2-3 days/weekApproximately 10% travelPerks:Join Arine for a dynamic role with growth opportunities.
