RN: Registered Nurse - Assisted LivingFull Time & Part Time | Day, Evening & Night ShiftUp to $41/hour PLUS $1 Shift Differential for Evenings & Nights PLUS $.75 Shift Differential on Weekends!(Pay based on experience)Three Pillars Senior Living Communities is located in Dousman, WI. Develops and delivers the clinical care of each resident in collaboration with the Director of CBRF and/or the physician and utilizing the nursing processSupervises and supports care delivered by the nursing staff to assure quality of care is maintainedSafely administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician Assist in the admission/readmission process as directed by the supervisor including observing and gathering of clinical data and development and implementation of the initial plan of careProvide coaching and re-education of staff as needed to improve/maintain quality of care. Includes audit of medication pass and controlsWhat is required in this position?
