The

Senior Product Manager

for Retail 360 Reporting is responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders, development teams, User Experience, Cox Automotive business units, and other Product Managers to build, enhance, and manage one or more products using Agile software methodologies. This role is focused on driving innovation in the areas of reporting and analytics for the Retail360 connected solutions. The Retail 360 connected solutions include a wide array of products from consumer applications to business-to-business applications. The Product Manager must have experience in data analysis, development, reporting, or business intelligence. This role requires a high-level technical understanding of web applications, data modeling, and excellent analytical, communication and collaboration skills. In addition, the Product Manager must effectively communicate, document, and execute requirements in alignment with the vision for Cox Automotive.

The Product Manager works closely with the Readiness team for planning, go-to-market strategy, product enhancements, and monitoring performance metrics, with a goal of ensuring the strategy is supported and the tactical plan is properly developed and executed.

Responsible ForSupporting the Cox Automotive vision of delivering a suite of integrated technologies with a complete workflow among all solutions, using artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide intuitive tasks while leveraging related data.Working with stakeholders across Consumer and Dealer solutions (for example: AMD. Ecommerce, Retail360 Deal, uniFI) to understand what metrics dealers want to see to report on deal data and consumer activity that flows across the systems.Working with teams to define data needs to be curated from raw data to data sets.Working with Analytics teams to merge behavioral data to tell user journey stores (dealer & consumer)Working with CADs to partner on Innovation using data sets.Championing continuous process improvements within the Product, User Experience, and Engineering teams to both grow and develop team members and to drive higher customer value from the product delivery pipeline.Developing product roadmaps to communicate the vision of the products to stakeholders.Leading cross-functional teams and building cross-solution relationships.Inspire creativity across product development by demonstrating strong strategic thinking and a clear understanding of market and technology trends that impact automotive retail and lending.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field4+ years of experience in a Product Management or Product Development role2+ years of leading product development teams using multiple methodologies.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment with geographically distributed team members.Demonstrated ability to lead product ideation, discovery, and delivery in an Agile environment with a strong focus on collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to present and translate complex information to executive, technical, and business partners.Ability to contribute to defining a strategic vision and to articulate it in front of a variety of audiences.Proven organizational skills; ability to multi-task and work on several assignments concurrently; detail-oriented individual.Excellent interpersonal skills, proven track record of building strong relationships and establishing credibility with customers, prospects, analysts, sales, R&D, and the management team.Automotive industry experience is a plus.E-commerce or retailing experience is a plus.Preferred Experience in one or more of the following areas:Automotive industryEcommerceSAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)AWS data technologiesFamiliarity with data science, machine learning, or BI tools

CompensationUSD 97,100.00 - 161,800.00 per year
