Work with cross-functional teams to support business objectives, customer needs, and assess and mitigate risks of new and existing business initiativesConduct research and provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on various regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelinesDraft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, regulatory filings, and other legal documentsLiaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as requiredYour Qualifications

Required Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school; member in good standing of at least one state bar2-4 years legal experience in a law firm or in-house doing progressively more challenging workInclusive and open mindsetCommitment to continuous improvement and excellence, including attention to detailStrong prioritization, organizational and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDedication to maintaining meaningful collaborative relationshipsAbility to focus on details while maintaining attention to strategic prioritiesCompany
