Reporting to a Sales Manager, this role serves as a critical member of the sales team, and is responsible for establishing a business relationship between Instawork and top hospitality partners. This role requires experience in SMB and mid-market sales. This is a results-driven position that requires a track record of success – consistently exceeding quota.What You'll DoEstablish a collaborative business relationship between Instawork and top hospitality partnersExecuting the sales strategy for our B2B mobile marketplace app by reaching out to executives and key decision makersUtilize a consulting sales process to demonstrate how Instawork is a faster and cost-effective solution compared to competitorsEnsure a top-notch first experience with Instawork and obsess over expanding the account in the first months as a customerStrategically work an assigned account list focusing on net new client acquisition closing new business over the phone, video and in-person by delivering tailored sales presentationsProvide accurate weekly forecasts and sales plansWork collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to drive revenue growth with new customersUtilize our tools and maintain a healthy Salesforce pipelineWho You Are3+ years experience in SMB and mid-market salesA track record of success – consistently exceeding quotaCompetitive mentality with an innate desire to be at the top of the leaderboardExperience operating and excelling in a fast paced sales environmentProficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft and ZoomInfo preferredExperience and passion for selling into hospitality businesses is not required, but is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFor CAbased applicants:The base salary for this position is $70,000This position is eligible for discretionary commission-based earnings of $70,000+This position is eligible for equity in the form of stock optionsThis position is eligible for Instawork benefits, including:A variety of medical, dental, and vision plans with coverage beginning on the date of hireFlexible paid time offAt least 8 paid company holidays annuallyHome office stipendPhone stipendCommuter stipendSupplemental pay on qualified leavesEmployee health savings accounts (HSA) contributionFlexible spending plans401K planPerkspot - discount program through LumityA variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location.Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.Instawork ValuesBias for Action -- We are a growing team and an evolving product.
