Job Description:As a Project Manager, you will use a combination of outstanding leadership, thought clarity, analytical skills, cross-functional partnership, business judgment, and strategic thinking to innovate on various projects. We are looking for a self-starter and a team player who can lead various business process scenarios but can still work closely with cross-functional teams to effectively prioritize and deploy projects and programs to a desired outcome.Specific requirements:Experience in AWS Cloud and other cloud platformsExperience in Assessing SaaS products for the requirementsExperience in Concept planning, submission, Business casesExperience in Financial estimations, Sharepoint, SAP.Strong experience in Portfolios and budget managementStrong experience in Project Planning and task managementAble to automate the existing processes which involves manual effortVery well versed with MS ExcelResponsible for on-time, in-scope and in-budget delivery of identified projects and leading a project teamGood to have experience in Utility domainHelp in managing programs / portfolioFocus on Creating and reviewing Concepts, Approaches & Business casesManage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects including scope, schedule, resourcesWorking with PM to ensure all concepts and Business case are reviewed, submitted as planCreate and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsProvide clear reporting of project status including timelines, milestone tracking, budget status, risk & issue identification, and resource management.Communicate project status to key stakeholders and managementEnsure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriatelyDetermine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiativesPresent to stakeholders reports on project progress as well as problems and solutionsManage project documentation deliverables throughout the life cycle.Ensure Change Management is not an after thought on all projects, but a part and parcel of the overall delivery.Skills & Basic Qualifications:6+ years Technical Project management experience (waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies)3+ years of Program & Portfolio Management experienceExcellent communication, problem-solving, conflict/resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to details and ability to handle ambiguity.Preference of working under pressure while managing multiple tasks and organizing work effectivelyGreat meeting facilitation skills and effective team player.Mastery level understanding software development life cycle (SDLC).Previous experience with project management tools like MS Project or similar.Strong written and oral communications skillsStrong computer literacy and experience with office software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.Customer-focused mindset with Coaching mentality and willingness to learnA PMP, Prince2 or CSM will be an added advantage.Strong experience with vendor management.
