We are currently searching for several Technical Project Manager Consultants who have experience working with DevOps or Infrastructure teams such as Systems, Storage and Network Engineering. These are full-time positions (W2 employees) and you will have the opportunity to work a growing and exciting consulting firm that was recently ranked as one of the best places to work. In this role, you will be our consultant, working with various clients and juggling potentially several different kinds of engagements. With one client, you may be managing a DevOps-related project and with another you may be doing Jira administration, or assisting with dashboard creations in PowerBI, etc. It really depends on the client demands, your skills and the type of work you like to do.This is more than PM role, we're really looking for individuals that possess engineering skills, are able to solve problems and work with new applications at a power-user/administrator level. You need to be able to communicate effectively with DevOps/Infrastructure related teams, and then put on a different hat and talk to business team, like a Marketing or Customer Service team. You must be able to figure out technology problems, find resolutions put the right processes in place to ensure success and demonstrating the added value our people bring to client engagements.This job is 100% remote, within the USA.Job Requirements

Experience as Technical Project Manager (minimum 3-4 years)Diverse experience using multiple frameworks such as Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc. is strongly desiredExperience working with DevOps teams with understanding of how Application Development teams work with Engineering teams and use release pipelinesPrior experience working on projects that involve setting up cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS or Azure strongly preferredPrior experience working on Infrastructure projects such as data center migrations, server upgrades, network upgrades, etc.A strong understanding of Jira Administration with the ability to demonstrate your knowledge of the productExperience with a broad range of tools such as PowerBI, Zendesk, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, etc.Ability to work independently, without much supervision, and ensure project goals are metPrior experience consulting is strongly desiredPrior experience working in media/entertainment is a plusAbility to prepare status reports and related project documentationExcellent communication skills - written and oralBenefits
