The Department of Children and Families is replacing their current system, LINK, with CT-KIND to comply with federal rules for a Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS), federal reimbursement, and to update technology for efficiency and improved outcomes.SCOPE OF WORKThe candidate will serve as a Product Owner/Product Manager (Business Analyst/Child Welfare Expert) for the CT-KIND Project.
