What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Use data analytics to interpret and advise leadership on improving operational effectivenessCreate and deploy report models and self-service dashboards to evaluate customer KPIsCompile data on key performance areas and make recommendations based on objective and interpretative analysis of business data
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must be located in the Philadelphia region and able to commute to the Center City area 3 days per weekBachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Math, or StatisticsProficiency in Tableau and either Python or R1-2 years of experience in data analytics and interpretationSteady work history with a track record of delivering results
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a financial services industry or related fieldAdvanced knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques
