Dates of Coverage: 5 or more days ongoing every month starting ASAP (VERY flexible with schedule) - you pick your days
Details/Requirementsfor Assignment :
Active Kentucky license or IMLC
Board Certification or Board Eligibility within five years
24 hour call - not super busy
Ongoing coverage - every month
Five patients per shift maximum (usually 1-3)
