Job Summary
This Senior Systems Administrator develops and maintains systems, tools and networks in support of pSemi's enterprise environment. As an individual contributor, you will be expected to manage the network infrastructure including switches, routers and firewalls, maintain the latest firmware revisions and security patches in support of the pSemi enterprise network which spans the globe.

This position has responsibility for:
The design, implementation, and maintenance of a geographically distributed network, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and SDWAN.In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of networking (switching, routing, perimeter security, DNS, and DHCP)Ability to analyze and evaluate networks, identify issues and provide solutions to ensure networks are performing optimallyAbility to manage, monitor and troubleshoot a complex network environmentAbility to design, implement and troubleshoot network performance issues and the security infrastructureAbility to communicate technical information to other technical team members and to those who may not have knowledge of network terminologyAbility to manage several projects simultaneously from design to implementationWork closely with the software vendors to resolve issues and drive new features and infrastructuresCompetency Requirements
