The IT ERP Developer role is responsible for helping transition Corovan 3 party ERP data models and maintaining business-critical data processing and business intelligence operations on an ongoing basis.This position requires proficiency in implementing and troubleshooting programming changes and modifications, within Infor's CloudSuite ERP.The position requires a professional with strong expertise in Infor Syteline and EQ Development and SQL stored procedures.A meticulous and deadline-oriented approach is vital, providing quality assurance in programming tasks, integration efforts and testing.Effective communication skills, especially in interactions with other departments, play a crucial role in this position.

Information Technology (IT) is responsible for the full lifecycle of infrastructure and technology solutions supporting Corovan. IT is required to support end-user functions, desktop and laptop platforms, voice, mobility as well as custom software solutions, server, and network infrastructure. The IT department's commitment is to maintain a robust, highly available and cost-effective platform that allows the business to be agile in response to market opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ERP Development:

•Design, enhance, implement, analyze, troubleshoot, and maintain Infor Syteline and CPQ/EQ customizations and development.

•Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot the Infor CloudSuite Syteline Industrial (ERP) and EQ/CPQ platforms, including audit logs and all uplifts.

•Support Infor OS, ION, Data Lake, IDM, Factory Track, and other Infor services.

•Engage in integrations development to provide custom integration solutions.

•Assist with supporting and managing third-party integrations.

•Provide quality assurance in programming tasks.

•Document all programming tasks and procedures.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and consult with business stakeholders.

•Utilize Infor Mongoose to develop and maintain form scripts, assemblies, and stored procedures.

•Support and modify existing SQL databases and legacy applications written in .NET.

•Confer with team to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, choose solutions, and share knowledge.

Strategic Planning and Analysis:

•Help plan and implement the cleaning and migration of critical data between data models using ETL best practices.

•Gather and document requirements for extensions to ERP data models based on business needs.

•Collaborate with the IT Director and application business owners to support existing applications and to design and implement new solutions to meet changing business needs.

•Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.

•Maintain an understanding of the latest application and programming practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups.

Customer Relations:

•Ability to form strong effective partnerships with senior leaders and functional leads to understand their business requirements and translate into project plans and create successful outcome.

•Ability to discuss project timelines, project priorities, and trade-offs relating to project schedules with senior leaders and lead discussions to effectively resolve these important items.

•Participate in meetings to coordinate service requirements, installations, and project milestones as required to achieve client expectations.

•Ability to work effectively in a team environment as a positive team player.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Required:

•Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or Equivalent work experience).

•Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience as an Infor ERP developer in a structured environment.

•Proven experience with expertise in Mongoose, SQL, Python, C# and/or Visual Basic.

•In-depth knowledge of Infor Syteline and CPQ/EQ.

•Strong proficiency in writing/modifying SQL stored procedures, views, and database management.

•Familiarity with API documentation and software design documentation.

•Familiarity and experience working with Windows Server, IIS, and MSSQL server.

•Familiarity with applications such as JIRA, Confluence, and Git, and Visual Studio.

•Proficient in testing methodologies.

PRIMARY LOCATION:

The primary location is Poway.

TRAVEL:

Occasional travel to other branch offices may be required, including San Jose, San Leandro, and Orange County. A valid driver's license is required for this position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
