Job Description:Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a nationwide business purpose lending residential mortgage originator. DFS originates two main loan products – a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $60MM per month. DFS is looking for a Chief Credit Officer to help manage our growing business.

Responsibilities :Act as loan committee to provide approvals / modifications on new originations, extensions and workouts for loans held on balance sheetBusiness development for DFS’s Lender Finance businessDesign & maintain DFS’s risk management and compliance policies & proceduresManage classified assets throughout the loss mitigation processMonitor covenants in capital market loan documents & MLPAs to maintain compliance

RequirementsStrong familiarity with the business purpose lending spaceDirect construction management & real estate valuation experience10yrs+ of residential real estate investment experience10yrs+ of experience managing teams5yrs+ of legal experience on an institutional capital markets context

Preferred Qualifications1-4 unit residential development experience a plusExperience working with Salesforce a plus
