Our rice mill is the only rice mill in Florida.OVERVIEWThe IT Sr. Security Manager position reports to the Senior Director, IT Security. The primary focus of this position is to lead and manage Security Engineering, Threat Response and other activities to ensure information security compliance, privacy, and protection across the companies, related to the organization’s systems, applications, hosted / managed services, data (usage, sharing, storing). This individual will lead internal and external IT auditing processes, monitor information security and IT processes for compliance issues, collaborate on risk vulnerability assessments, respond to security breaches. The Manager will need to communicate and collaborate effectively and often with management including executives, peers, the business and external partners, and vendors. This role requires an individual who is well rounded -- an exceptional multitasker, an effective communicator, proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented, possessing both strong technical and business skills while operating well under pressure.DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinates and responds to security breaches and incidents, collaborates on incident response planning, and conducts incident response trainingCoordinates and responds to security investigationsEstablishes and maintains dashboard for metrics and KPI’sManages and updates the Vendor Security related forms and questionnaires and collaborates with the Security Architect on reviewing and approving vendor security solutions from a security compliance perspectiveDevelops and maintains written security policies and procedures including process for detecting, reporting on and responding to threats, breaches or security incidents, consistent with security rules, guidelines and processes established by the Sr Director of SecurityConducts periodic internal and leads external security and risk audits for systems, data, policies, processes and Segregation of Duties (SoD)Implements administrative and operational safeguards to address identified risks with data, information, processes and technologyCommunicates with management / executive management regarding security issues and risks; recommends mitigating action; provides notices for breaches in accordance with company policyManages deliverables related to regulatory and auditing requestsActs as the liaison between IT, the business, auditors and others regarding security compliance issues and activitiesStays current with trending security compliance regulations, privacy and security laws and tools and techniques that improve and streamline compliance operationsWORK EXPERIENCES8+ years of combined experience with Information Security, IT related Audits3+ years of experience leading or a member of Security Operations Center(SOC)Incident response experience requiredEDUCATION REQUIREMENTSA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience or industry certificationsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITYYesAttention to details, an excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to motivate and compel others within the organization to follow established policies and practicesExceptional organizational and follow through skills and demonstrated project management skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure, prioritize critical items and work with a sense of urgency and expediency when requiredUnderstanding and direct experience in complex and distributed IT environments with security expertise with both On-premises and Cloud solutionsExperience with incident responseWorking knowledge of security principles of Active Directory and AD-based solutionsMust be capable of collaborating effectively with others regarding critical security decisions and security policyLOCATION OF ROLEWest Palm Beach, FLWe are an equal opportunity employer.
