Position Overview

This is a great opportunity to develop your solution sales career in a coaching rich environment, in a high impact, high visibility role with a direct and rewarding compensation structure. As the primary Account Executive in your territory, you will lead customers through their buying process, using technical sales reps and the implementation team to demonstrate how Fusion Operations can address the challenges you have discovered in the customers' manufacturing, and production processes.

This job is assigned an annual sales quota and performance is measured by meeting quarterly and annual targets. You will collaborate within Autodesk's ecosystem of implementation specialists, partners, technical sales, client services, and marketeers, to increase growth within their assigned territories through new and upsell opportunities.

You will report to the Fusion Operations Sales Manager Americas. The job is located in Denver, CO hybrid/remote.

Responsibilities

You will generate new and expand Fusion Operations business within Territory & Mid-Market Accounts through strategic outbound prospecting and driving high impact sales opportunitiesEffectively manage a pipeline of opportunities and take accountability of pipeline and opportunity hygiene in our SFDC CRM toolDeliver an accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast of businessYou will build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with Autodesk's territory and mid-market teams, channel partners, technical sales, customer success, and implementation team to develop and execute against planEvaluate the customer profile, creating value messaging, and targeting main steps needed to implement account plansFoster relationships within the account including Main Decision Makers and translate customer challenges and opportunities into outcomes to grow business relationships with assigned customersYou are financially astute, experienced in solution sellingCollaborate with the customer success teams on appropriate and complimentary sales motions for the renewal businessNegotiate deals and contracts at multiple levels within the targeted account either with or on the behalf of channel partnersUtilize SFDC, Outreach, Consensus, and Gong to increase your customer engagement cycle, generate engagement and improve your sales effectiveness through self-coachingMinimum Qualifications

4+ years of SAAS inside sales experienceManufacturing Business Industry Knowledge – with an interest in the manufacturing sectorExperience with tools like SFDC, LinkedIn, Zoom Info, internal data sources, to create target account contact listsStrategic account based prospecting skills, outbound pipeline generation experienceExperience managing multiple concurrent sales cyclesLearn More

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $104,600 and $151,360. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries and/or OTE for sales roles, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
